Blue Monday (& a bit of Astra ♥)

Hey girls

today for my manicure, I used GOSH Blue Monday (it suited well.) and Zoya Astra!Blue Monday took three coats to become opaque, I was hoping for something a little bit darker but its still pretty ♥

NOTD & EOTD ♥

Hey ladies,

Sorry I'm really bad for blogging on weekends! We get so busy and caught up doing so much crap!! I am not having a good day today, my hubby woke me up at 5:45 AM with a phone call saying he'd been in a bit of an accident - nobody was hurt, I am thankful for, but it sure is going to cost us a pretty penny to fix not only our truck but the other guys! *sigh* Ohhh welll!

Onto my nails! :) I went shopping in sumas with my aunt this weekend and picked up a few things mostly clothing for my kiddies! but i found the prettiest polish color - it was Revlons not so blueberry. It's also scented yummm! It doesn't smell like blueberries but it smells good - even after the glitter top coat and seche vite!

I used 2 coats of Revlon not so blueberry, and 1 coat of  OPI teenage dream glitter topcoat

My Katy Perry NOTD & FOTD ♥

 Afternoon girlies!! :)

today I have 2 NOTDs using Katy Perrys Collection! and a FOTD!! I know whens the last time ive done that ♥

I love Katy Perrys OPI Collection, but they are so sheer! I LOVE the shatter top coat though! :)

3 coats of "The one that got away" - 1 coat of black shatter top coat - 2 coats of seche vite topcoat.

 

 3 coats of "Not like the movies" - 2 coats of Last Friday Night Glitter - 1 coat of black shatter top coat - 1 coat of seche vite.

NOTD 13/365 Platinum Plum & Haul ♥

Heyy ladies,

before I hit the hay I just wanted to show you my notd - this was a dollar store polish that I actually really liked its Billie Platinum Plum! :) 

I also have a little haul - I went to the Merle Norman Day Spa today because i heard they had some Zoya polishes on sale for $5.00! I picked up to Zoya polishes, and then I saw the OPI Katy Perry Collection and i couldn't resist. I bought the black shatter top coat, a a mini set of the four polishes!  

Soo keep a lookout for some new manicures!! ♥

On Jan 11 i wore Orly Cosmic fx in It's not rocket science.

 

and Jan 12 I wore wearing Sally Hansen's Blue me away (yes again, my hubby asked me to wear it he loves it) but to jazz it up a bit I also used Orly Luxe!! ♥

NOTD 8/365 ♥ Zoya Verushka & NOTD 9/365 ♥ Wet n Wild Disturbia

Hey girls,

Im so sorry i need to catch up on NOTD's so this will be a collective post - of days 8 & 9 - and I will post todays in a while, when I actually do my nails!! ♥

First up day 8 - I used Zoya Verushka - which is one of my first Zoya polishes - I love it!! its a matte velvet color and it screams Christmas in a bottle, but I added Seche Vite top coat, and the shimmer  comes alive! I love this color, Okay i admit it, it belongs in the holiday nail box - but I can't help it - its so pretty ♥

So pretty right?? :)

The next polish I have to show you is Wet N Wild Disturbia - its a gorgeous purple! I adore it, the only problem is you need to LOAD up your brush or you get streaky application, but if you load it up it takes foreverrrrr to dry. Ohh well, I still adore the color! :)Its also pretty stinky, which is a major turn off for me!! Anywhoo, here it is ♥ Sorry for the sloppy application - yes I actually went out like this - my hubby kept rushing me!! Urrgghh!

here is my notd - I tired to do an eotd as well - but it was a total fail! soo horrible - Im going to try again in a bit when my hubby gets home from work! Anyways, I used Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Blue me away - its a stunning Robin Egg blue, I saw it and had to have it, and on my tips im wear Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in strobe lights - I love glitter and I couldn't resist ♥

Here is my third NOTD of 2011 ♥ I decided today that I did not want to use a fall/winter color! :) So I used Sally Hansen - Shrimply Devine & Essence #60 - Watch Out ♥

 

These colors aren't very opaque, in the sunlight you can see my white tips underneath - ohhh well, I will just have to stay out of the sun! :P

Hey Babes! :)

Soo this is my second mani of 2011 - Ohh and btw i know some of you wanted to see the crackle nail polish on my NYE Manicure I don't know whats wrong with it I tried using it a billion different ways and it doesn't work. Im kind of upset. :(

Anyways - :)  I used three coats of Essie Sew psyched and two coats of wet & wild blitzen (i think) and two coats Seche Vite Quick Dry Top Coat.
