GDE Swatches & EOTD ♥

First of all, 

I would like to say Happy New Year to all of my blogging friends! ♥ This year will be a good one, I can feel it!! ♥

Onto my swatches - GDE got their site back up and running a while back so I took some time to order 4  sample jars. I will say right this second that I am not disappointed with any of the colors, as usual they are awesomesauce. Onto the swatches ♥

 I love the new stickers and shrink wrapping!! and look samples! eeekkkk! ♥

 Two Sample Baggies - Apple Martini & Melancholy.
Sample Jars - Tattooed, Boyfriend Sweater, Franken Glamour, and Hot Mess Eye Lights Glitter

 Top Swatched Dry - Boyfriend Sweater, Tattooed, Franken Glamour, Hot Mess(applied with mixing medium)
Middle Swatched Wet - Boyfriend Sweater, Tattooed, Franken Glamour
Bottom Samples - Melancholy, and Apple Martini swatched dry then wet.

 

Love Love Love these colors!! ♥ and Ive already placed an order for melancholy its soo beautiful! ♥

 

Also, I have an EOTD using these colors!! ♥ its over the top and crazy and my hubby thought I was doing a drag queen contest or something! :-P But I just kept adding I don't know why - I like tattooed!! mmmmm!!

Glamour Doll Eyes Review + Swatches pt.1 (mail haul :P)

Heyy ladies,

so I got my first glamour doll eyes order today (2 more to go but I will review those ones together)  the colors are soo pretty!! :-) I am very impressed! As I mentioned in my previous post I bought three shadow towers and two full sized shadows - I have two shadow towers to review one is a 3 shade tower and the other is a four shade tower - Lorris, and Lorena Soo to get right to it!

        

PROS:

- The shipping packaging was a bubble mailer, which surprised me - ive heard of GDE    sending  shadows in regular envelopes :-S
- Shipping was fast, I was surprised
- The textures are nice, they feel very smooth on my brush
- I like the shadow towers it keeps things together, compact, and organized
- The colors are gorgeous!! ♥
- it was packaged with some cute business cards and a sticker! :-)
- She puts a * by shadows that are repackaged so you know what you are getting.
- Customer service was great.

CONS:

- I have heard that they are repackaged - it doesn't bother me too much honestly, but to some people it might matter
- I personally don't like sifter jars
- They are a bit pricey at $9.00 for a full- sized jar, I got mine on sale though so I am not complaining.
- There was no invoice, I don't care - some people might

Would I repurchase? yes! :-)

I can't wait to try the big cities collection.

left to right - Family Secret, Graves in May, Unicorn, & Urban trash - my hubby loves family secret and unicorn - he said graves in may is too old-ladyish :-P

Im so excited - Swatches & Reviews coming soon!! :-)

I have placed a couple of orders lately and I am so excited to receive my packages! 

I placed an order with GlamourDoll Eyes, I saw GlamourDoll Eyes on A Brilliant Brunettes Blog I loved the colors and swatches, so I just had to get myself something :-) I order Fabulous, Love Affair, and Just Dance, and I also ordered 2 shadow towers - - Lorena & Lorris. Very excited to use them!! 

Another Blog that did a GDE review was Makeup Junkie88 - the swatches are gorgeous!!!!

I also ordered four loose shadows from Concrete Minerals in Smut, Lovey Dovey, Unity, Harlequin you can check those out by clicking on the link! :-) I found this site on Makeup Zombies Blog in her indie company reviews i just loved the swatches!! they were gorgeous ♥

And last but not least I ordered from Morgana Cryptoria I ordered Harken, Ectoplasm, Zombie Ambrosia, Brew Haha, Pyramid Scheme, and Zombie Tramp _ i only ordered the sample size in these ones (except for Harken because it was half off :-)) I am very excited to try them out as well! I also found this site on Makeup Zombies blog - she has a bunch of cool sites in her indie company reviews - there are a few other company's i cant wait to order from! I wish I could take a picture to show you guys an example so just go to makeup zombies blog and check out her indie company reviews
